Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging, with all supplied parts. No restocking fee applies.

Gometryk pays necessary return shipping for company error, damage or defects. Customers pay return shipping when changing their mind.
Damage, defects or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number, issue description and photos where available. The unused-condition and original-packaging rules for ordinary returns do not prevent reporting damaged, defective or incorrect items. We will arrange a suitable replacement, subject to availability, or a refund according to your choice and the circumstances. We cover necessary return shipping for these issues.
Refund processing
After receiving and inspecting the return and approving the refund, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
